My Possible Self is a mental health-focused mobile and web app designed for people with symptoms of stress, anxiety or low mood. The app includes ten different interactive learning modules, including Building Happiness & Wellbeing, Tackling Unhelpful Thinking and Managing Fear & Anxiety, all created to equip you with the skills you need to navigate your way through life.

My Possible Self is the doctor-approved self-care app to keep anxiety in check.

How can I overcome loss or major life changes?

If you are struggling with a loss or change in your life, you are not alone. For most of us, a loss is a painful and unavoidable part of life, and it’s normal to feel sadness, grief, and even anger. Having these emotions is normal, but prolonged or complicated grief can lead to depression.

Our Managing Loss and Major Life Changes module will help you acknowledge the sadness around loss or change, process these emotions and offer support to people who are building a new life for themselves.
