If you are struggling with a loss or change in your life, you are not alone. For most of us, a loss is a painful and unavoidable part of life, and it’s normal to feel sadness, grief, and even anger. Having these emotions is normal, but prolonged or complicated grief can lead to depression.
Our Managing Loss and Major Life Changes module will help you acknowledge the sadness around loss or change, process these emotions and offer support to people who are building a new life for themselves.
We recommend that you start this module once you have had some time to process the loss or change in your life – extra support is available by visiting Extra Support in the app or on the web.
We work with the Black Dog Institute, a leading research facility, which provides content that was part of a successful randomised control trial – the gold standard in research! The trial demonstrated a significant reduction in symptoms of stress, anxiety and low mood in just a few weeks.
It's kind of like having a pocket therapist.
My Possible Self is featured in the NHS Digital Apps Library, and Good Thinking - an NHS approved wellbeing service.
